1. As a Manufacturer of Sterling Silver Jewelry, We work on Order Basis ( Made to Order ). So for Gemstone Jewelry, Customer Can Mention their Order Details as (Gemstone Name, Ring Size (If Ring), Quantity)
   
   
2. We use Natural and ordinary Gemstone.
   
   
3. The Stone of the product can be altered as per customer's requirement.
   
   
4. The product will be dispatched after Complete payment.
   
   
5. The product will be dispatched within 15-20 Working days after the endorsement of payment. In case of Ready to ship Products/ Plain Silver Jewelry, the product will be dispatched within 3-6 Working Days
   
   
6. The delivery period can exceed in case of natural calamity or any uncertain situation.
   
   
7. The Dispatched parcel will be completely insured
   
   
8. The delivery and shipping charges includes insurance, delivery and other charges like custom duty are to be paid by the customer.
